The Bride Files is run by Samaa Abdalla, based in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach me at hello@thebridefiles.com.

When you buy a product, you're buying a digital file — not a physical item. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete, and the file is delivered instantly after checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are listed in US dollars, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Your purchase is a personal licence. Use the files for your own wedding planning — print, copy and adapt them as much as you need for that.

Please don't share, resell, upload publicly or redistribute the files or anything inside them. If a friend wants a copy, send her here instead.

All sales are final. The full policy, including what to do if a file won't open or download properly, is on the refund policy page.

The products are planning guides — practical advice and templates built from real wedding planning experience. They're general guidance for your wedding, not legal, financial or professional advice, and they don't replace your own judgement or the details of your own vendors and contracts.

Vendor names, prices, availability and timelines mentioned in the guides are examples. Always confirm the details that matter for your own wedding with your own vendors.

The files are provided "as is". We work hard to make them accurate, clear and useful, but we can't promise any specific outcome from using them, and we aren't liable for losses that come from how you use them. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page. The terms in force when you bought a product are the ones that apply to that purchase.
