Privacy Policy

This policy covers thebridefiles.com and any purchase made through it. The site is run by Samaa Abdalla (The Bride Files), based in the United Arab Emirates. Questions? Email hello@thebridefiles.com.

When you buy something: your name, email address and order details, so your file can be delivered and receipts can be sent. Your payment details (card number, billing address) go straight to Stripe and are never stored by The Bride Files.

When you email: whatever you send, kept so your question can be answered and the conversation continued.

When you browse: standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate region) that analytics tools collect to understand how the site is used.

If you join an email list: your email address, so the updates you asked for can be sent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information is used only to:

• deliver the files you bought
• send receipts and order-related emails
• answer your questions and fix problems (including refunds where promised)
• understand how the site is used, so it can be improved
• send updates you opted into

Nothing is sold, rented or traded to anyone.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as Stripe for payments), payment processors, and as required by law.

The site uses only the cookies it needs to function — mainly to remember your cart state and to keep checkout secure.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes (typically several years, as UAE law requires), and email conversations are kept while they're useful. Anything else is deleted when it's no longer needed.

You can ask to see the personal information held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — just email hello@thebridefiles.com and it will be done.

You also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you're in the UAE, that's under the UAE's federal data protection law (PDPL).

The site is served over HTTPS, payments run entirely through Stripe, and access to personal information is limited to what's needed to run the business.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. The policy in force when you bought a product is the one that applies to that purchase. See also the terms of use.
