Because Am I Behind? is delivered instantly as a digital file, all sales are final. Please read through this page carefully before buying — what's included, who it's for and what it covers. If a file won't open or download properly, get in touch and I'll fix it or refund you.
What you're buying
Am I Behind? — The Wedding Planning Timeline is a digital guide delivered as a downloadable file immediately after purchase. Nothing physical is shipped.
If you add any of the companion products — The Admin Files, The Vendor Files or The Moodboard Files — those are also delivered instantly as digital files.
Why all sales are final
A digital file can't be "returned" the way a physical product can. Once the file is downloaded, the purchase is complete and the money can't be un-spent fairly on either side. For that reason, every sale is final and non-refundable.
That's also why the landing page tells you exactly what's inside, who it's for and what it covers before you pay — so you can make a confident, informed decision first.
If something goes wrong
You should never be left with a file that doesn't work. If your download fails, the file won't open, or you received the wrong thing, get in touch and I'll either fix the problem or refund you in full.
